The room was fine for work if you just need somewhere to shower and sleep. It’s surrounded by workshops, with fewer eateries and shops a bit farther away. The location feels quite isolated, though it’s right beside the Pasir Gudang highway, so traffic noise can be bothersome at night.

The staff were really friendly, and the place was so clean. Great service, 10/10 from me. I’d definitely come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The family suite suited me well, and the price was acceptable. I stayed one night, and the room and facilities were spacious and satisfying. Reception was good too. One issue: the suite on the third floor was quite disturbed by bird sounds outside the window all day. I believe there may be nests there. I hope management can do something about the noise.

The Wi-Fi seems fine now. I saw lots of complaints about it, but I think those were from years ago. The room and toilet were fairly clean. The air conditioner was a little noisy.

I stayed in room 303, and overall I had no complaints. The hotel interior looks well cared for, with some minor interior design touches. There’s an elevator. The room was tidy and clean, the air conditioning was cold, and the TV worked. I liked the dimmable light, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The bathroom was clean, with no broken taps or other things to use, strong hot and cold water pressure, body wash, shampoo, and a towel. Just don’t expect food courts, malls, or restaurants to be close by.
