The bed was very comfortable, the staff made a good effort, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious. But parking was inconvenient because you need authorization every time you leave. The shower was poor, the room wasn’t clean, and its layout felt uncomfortable.

I was furious to find the housekeeping trolley parked in front of my door while I was carrying lots of heavy things. I told them about it on my first day, but the trolley was back there the next morning. The shower was stained with gecko droppings and debris, the tissue rolls hadn’t been changed from the previous guest, and the loose sink pipe felt like it could break at any moment. I booked a deluxe suite through Booking.com, which said it had a safety box and was larger, but the receptionist said the room I got was an upgraded one. This hotel sucks. It feels like OYO with a RM 50 budget, and I wouldn’t give it one star. Luckily, I only stayed one night. I’d have gone mental if I’d stayed longer. Book another hotel.

The noise from the waste collector at 5 am kept me from sleeping. My room was basic and didn’t have a mini fridge. The hotel does provide a simple breakfast and free parking, and the staff were friendly. The location is good for travelling to Pasir Gudang, with restaurants and convenience stores such as 7e and Familymart nearby.

A comfortable room, a simple breakfast, and convenient stores easy to get to nearby. Just nice. I’d stay again on a future work trip to Pasir Gudang.

The photos were misleading, and cleanliness was poor. I’d booked a suite, but the room smelled of smoke, so I asked to change. They moved me to a downgraded room that wasn’t a suite, and the cup hadn’t been cleaned at all.
