The room was nice, and there’s a mamak restaurant nearby, which makes the location handy. The service was very nice, and staff were always helpful. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and was very cold, so my family had to open the window to let some of the air out.

They only brought a towel when I asked for one. The room was dusty enough that I got the flu, and there was hair and dirt on the bedsheet. I asked them to vacuum and replace it, but nothing was done. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

The room smelled bad and wasn't clean, and the toilet wasn't good either. The service was useless. Please don't book this hotel.

I was trying to find the hotel at night, but there was no light on the Rosemerah sign.

There are a lot of shops nearby, and the location is convenient, but our stay was a bad experience. The hotel has no customer parking and no elevator, so you have to use the stairs, which isn't suitable for elderly guests. The room smelled bad, and when we called to confirm our booking, nobody answered. We also struggled to communicate with the receptionist, who couldn't speak Bahasa or English well. Management, how can you hire someone who can't communicate properly in either language?
