Mayton Residence

This was the worst customer service experience. I booked three rooms for my family for one day and told the owner we'd check in at 8am and leave at 2pm. I said I'd paid for the full day, and she told me not to worry because she wasn't booking other customers that day. But we still had to wait 45 minutes and didn't get in until 9am. We went out and couldn't return by the expected time because we were stuck in traffic. She called and shouted at me. The Agoda listing showed 105rgt, but I paid more. When we were an hour late returning, she asked for another 50rgt and gave no receipt until I asked. She showed no respect for us as customers. Later she knocked and came into the room without hesitation, shouting. When I showed her the message proof, she refused to accept it and kept saying checkout was at 2pm. Then, as things got worse, she claimed she was having a heart attack. I have lots of proof in messages from the owner. She charged for the whole day and then demanded extra payment. I came with elderly people and kids, and she went to each room to chase them. I regret staying here and won't recommend it to anyone. Hotels and their staff should know how to treat customers. This owner clearly doesn't. She should have charged us for just a few hours, so why charge the full day? Is the business running down?
