Don’t park here. There was no attendant at the exit booth, so I waited and called the posted number, which went to voicemail. The hotel number didn’t answer either. After 10 minutes, the driver behind me did something to open the barrier, and I was able to leave. I complained to security at the front desk, and they seemed surprised nobody had answered. This is a useless and unsafe place to park. If you’re visiting somewhere nearby to eat, park elsewhere.

The rooms are very large, and the quality is good for the price. But if you speak only English, ordinary issues like a blocked drain can be hard to explain at the front desk, since the English speakers apparently work only during the day. Even so, staying among Malaysians may be worth the likely small discomforts.

I only come here for the good food at Home Cafe downstairs. The hotel feels like a fancy hostel for factory workers now, with crowds of foreign workers milling around and buying meals at nearby eateries. Alamak.

Workers might feel comfortable here after a tiring day, since they have a place to live with hotel facilities. But if this is now being rented out by agents to foreign workers, it would make more sense to call it a dormitory. I haven't wanted to stay here again since two years ago.

The WiFi is unreliable, and you have to update the password every three days. There are only 10 TV channels, and the rooms feel very old. You also can't control the air temperature. Still, the stay was good overall.
