Housekeeping was helpful and easy to approach, and the staff overall were friendly and dedicated. My room had a modern design, felt contemporary, and was clean. The facilities were well maintained, and the air conditioner worked as expected and got cold. Service felt professional and above average.

The room was clean and tidy, with no marks on the bedsheet, and the air conditioning worked great. The toilet was in good condition, as were the shower and sink. It had hand showers, an overhead shower, and a pipe. Water pressure dipped a little between about 9 am and noon, probably because of water pressure issues in Miri. There’s a bell button beside the door, plus switches to silence it or request room service. The blue lighting was nice. The TV mostly had Chinese channels, and there was just one mirror, in the toilet, which may bother women. There’s plenty of parking, but the pubs and karaoke places nearby can be noisy if that bothers you. There are no wheelchair facilities, and there’s no lift, so you have to use the stairs. Check-in took around 10 to 20 minutes, and service was slow. I was wearing high heels, so the stairs were a real pain. I was lucky to have a small travel bag instead of a suitcase, and wouldn’t suggest staying here if you have big suitcases. Even with those issues, I liked my stay. It was nice and comfortable.

A clean, comfortable budget room that works well for a small family. There’s Wi-Fi, and smoking and vaping aren’t allowed. The parking lot has 24-hour CCTV, and you can even check on your car through the TV in your room. There’s a gym nearby.

No hassle with parking, and there are lots of nearby options for food, desserts, and coffee, local, Asian, or Western. There’s also live entertainment and pubs around. The setup is simple and nice, the beds are good, and the shower was good too.
