The staff were very helpful. Around the area you can find beer and Western food, a kopitiam, supermarket, 7E, stationery shop, Mr.Diy, Indonesian food, a market, traditional ethnic food and an ATM. The laundry is a little farther away. If you're in town for a short visit and are fine with basic accommodation, I think this is a good option.

The bed feels like it's almost broken, so it doesn't seem safe. We had to get onto it slowly and avoid moving around much while lying down.

The location isn't very convenient for going out at night. Shops, cafes and places to eat aren't within walking distance, though the food court downstairs is open in the morning and has good food. The price is good, and I tried both room types over three nights. The private queen room was in nice condition and had a great shower. The budget room needs a lot of work, especially the shared bathroom and toilet, which were filthy. Their doors were broken and couldn't be locked or even closed properly.

The bed was nice and the sheets were clean, and the WiFi was good. My room had a slight smell, though, and the hot shower was just so-so. You get what you pay for, I guess. It's not the best place if you want to walk to the shops that stay open at night, since it's outside the city center.

I paid RM 30 per night. The room was quite big with a big bed, and each room has air conditioning, though mine didn't really cool. It was more like a quiet fan. The shared bathroom was clean but smelled bad.
