I usually find the location very convenient and easy to get to, parking is straightforward, and the rooms I've stayed in before have generally been comfortable. But I was assigned Room B118 this time, a container-type room, and found it uncomfortably hot. I couldn't rest properly. I asked to move, but the receptionist said no other rooms were available. That was frustrating. Room B118 is a corner unit. Its container structure and direct sun exposure seem to make it hold heat, which made a big difference to my comfort. I feel guests should be told about this in advance, or offered a discount or compensation. Paying the same rate for a room that's clearly less comfortable feels unfair. The other parts of the hotel were fine, and other rooms have generally been okay, but I'd strongly advise against B118 if you want a cool, comfortable room. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest experience.

For my event in Muar, I stayed here because it’s close to town and handy for getting around. As a budget hotel, it was okay, but keep two things in mind. The container rooms aren’t soundproof, so I could hear children running upstairs and people chatting next door. Also, bring your own towel. The hotel ones were old, torn, and smelled sour.

The container hotel idea is appealing, but the room wasn’t clean. There were stains on the towels, and the toilet bowl and shower hose had visible stains and mold. Outside, traffic noise from cars and motorbikes came straight into the room since it’s right by the road. Cigarette smoke from people smoking on the balcony outside also got in, and it was intolerable. The spring mattress was uncomfortable too, with the springs easy to feel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other choice.
