Eagle Ranch Resort

We recently brought another 130 of us to Eagle Ranch Resort for a marvelous youth team-building event. Mr. Jay and Mr. Daniel were welcoming and kind, helping us feel at home and making adjustments when we needed them. The staff were so accommodating, even putting up with our impatience and last-minute requests for extra rooms and other things. The resort itself has everything you need, so there was no reason to leave. You need to try it to see what we mean. It’s a first-class venue with what a team needs for a team-building event, and we’d certainly recommend it to anyone planning one.

I stayed in the Paddock Chalet. The room was large, and the staff were very accommodating. There was only a mirror in the toilet, none in the living area, and I think the room decor could use an upgrade. Still, the experience was good overall.

I only stayed here, so I can’t comment on the activities. I really liked the personality of the place, and the log cabin room I booked was cozy. Loved the vibe. Breakfast had the usual hotel offerings, which I liked, but there should be enough cutlery stocked. The basket was empty when I asked for spoons, but a staff member went out of their way to bring me some. A few things could be improved: clearly mark where the water dispensers are, find a way to restock the creamers and sugars, and refill the shampoo and shower gel dispensers. Those dispensers are much better than bottled gels. And to other guests, please be polite and keep the noise down, especially after midnight.

The food was tasty, with more variety than I expected, and the staff were really accommodating. We had a great time here for our company team building. I’d underestimated the resort because it’s been around for decades, but it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the toilets had been renovated, and I loved the themes. Even the toilets in the open areas were clean and had tissue.
