RM Hotel Muar

The hotel’s WhatsApp contact is already handy for sorting out any issues, and Za’ba made the stay even better. He’s friendly, quick to make guests laugh, and makes people feel comfortable. He also goes out of his way to keep things running smoothly. As Muslim guests, we appreciated that he asked if we needed a sejadah. That kind of service is rare. Easily Employee of the Month.

I booked at the last minute and arrived late, but the night shift front desk staff welcomed me warmly and made check-in quick and easy. He was helpful even at that hour. The room was cozy and clean, with everything I needed, a comfortable bed, and little touches that made it feel inviting. Great service and a comfortable stay.

The room was tidy and had a relaxed feel, nothing fancy, but I found myself wanting to stay in a bit longer. Shops are only a short walk away, so the location is very convenient. It was my first time in Muar, and I picked this place without much thought. The receptionist turned out to be genuinely warm and helpful, the kind of person who sticks in your memory.

The rooms were clean, and the amenities were good value for the money. The place is near the hospital and most restaurants, which was helpful while my family stayed here as we waited for my brother to be discharged from Muar hospital. The only drawback was limited parking. The pakcik at the counter was so friendly, I felt at home. Thanks, pakcik counter, I had fun at the hotel.
