We had booked five nights but left after just one, and regretted not checking Google reviews first. When we arrived in the middle of the night, there were lots of people gathered outside the hotel watching illegal motorcycle races. The noise was really disturbing, and many young people were hanging around the area on bikes, even right by the entrance. We were shocked to see that some of those gathered outside were hotel staff. Families with young kids, please avoid this place. The night and morning shift staff weren’t welcoming. The receptionist’s service was poor, and staff didn’t answer questions properly or treat customers warmly. Management, please look into their behavior and attitude. I’ve seen many bad comments about this, so please do something. The room also wasn’t suitable for a baby who crawls or is starting to stand. The bed was high above the tiled floor, which was very slippery, making it risky. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and the water pressure was very slow. We tried to negotiate a refund with the morning shift staff, but they wouldn’t give one. We’re just very disappointed.

The price was worth it, and the hotel is near the big mall and airport. Arriving late to check in wasn’t a problem, and the late-night staff were friendly and helpful. Weekends can get noisy, though, with lots of local bikers riding around.

The stay was really disappointing. There were bugs in the room, cleanliness was only around 3/10, and the water pressure was extremely weak. The TV was broken too. Definitely not worth the price.

The staff were friendly, though they didn’t talk much. They also never mentioned that there was only one reserved parking spot, and I ended up with a fine ticket clipped to my windshield wipers early Monday morning. Surprise, right? I had to use my breakfast budget to pay it. There was no hair dryer, refrigerator, slippers, or breakfast. The TV remote was broken, and the channels were blurry.

It’s easy to walk to Aeon mall Nilai from here, and there’s street food some days. The room had hot shower water and air conditioning, but no refrigerator, and the plug was US style. The internet was slow but usable. It was difficult to reach reception, since no one was stationed there.
