The room was very good and satisfying, but the pool experience wasn't friendly for us. A security guard kept warning us that we'd be fined RM100 if we didn't wear proper swimming clothes. Some families were unhappy that they couldn't swim alongside their children. People had travelled a long way from their hometowns and still couldn't enjoy themselves.

There was just one downside for us: families bringing several cars only get one VIP parking space, so the others have to work out where to park when they return. The homestay itself is simple, cozy, spotless, and great value. The kids immediately claimed the bunk bed in the second room as their base, and my mother loved how peaceful it was. I also appreciated having a security guard patrol the pool and step in or warn anyone breaking the rules. It made me feel at ease letting the children play in the water. Before we arrived, the host sent all the key details, with clear instructions for collecting and returning the keys. Thanks to the PIC!

Getting checked in and out was easy. There are spacious rooms and living areas, plus a waterpark and pool. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely 4 nights, and it felt like home away from home. Instructions for checking in and out were clear, and we'll stay here again when we're in Ipoh. It's about a 5 minute walk to Family Mart, Zus Coffee, Mixue, a coffee bakery, nasi kandar, and a cafe serving Malay food if you don't want to cook. The children also enjoyed the waterpark, and there's an adult pool. They strictly enforce proper swimming attire. A guard is always around to watch the children on the high water slide, which I think is a good move by management. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was very clean, tastefully furnished, and comfortable. It had towels, shower gel, shampoo, basic kitchen utensils, dish soap, plates, cutlery, and mugs, but no bowls. Light cooking is possible with the induction cooker, pan, microwave, fridge, and water dispenser. The dispenser was especially handy. There's also a washing machine, drying rack on the balcony, and plenty of hangers. One caution: the balcony isn't child friendly because the glass panel is low. There aren't many plug points, so we had to take turns using the cooker and microwave. A few little fixes from the owner would make things better, like replacing the wall clock batteries and dining area light bulb, and adding an extension in the kitchen.
