I won't return or recommend this place. During my stay in room 113 from 8 Nov 2025 to 10 Nov 2025, the staff weren't friendly, and the reception counter was often unattended. Nobody was there even at 10:00 AM, and it took more than 10 calls to get an answer on the provided number. My concerns weren't addressed. I had booked a city view room, but got a window facing the corridor. The room was stuffy and humid with poor ventilation, and the exhaust fan didn't work. The toilet door was broken, there was only one towel, and trash from the previous guest was still in the drawer. There was mold on the wall near the toilet and holes in its ceiling. The TV didn't work and there was no remote. The bedsheet was stained, the area under the sink was rusty, and the toilet drain had no cover. After bathing, condensation collected on the floor and made it slippery. I nearly fell a few times.

I've never stayed in a hotel this bad, and it wasn't worth the price. They didn't provide any hygiene essentials, and when I asked for the hairdryer they said they had, there wasn't one. The worst part happened in the middle of the night: something paranormal disturbed my sleep. I was so frightened that I ended up sleeping in my car. Even if the room had been free, I wouldn't have wanted to stay.

The location was okay, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the like. But the room was smelly and dirty, with stains on the bedsheet and pillowcase, and the toilet smelled like a public restroom. It's the worst hotel room I've ever booked, and it wasn't worth RM79 on agoda. Still, for a one-night stay when arriving late, it was considered okay.

The beds were rock hard, and the pillows felt more like planks of wood than clouds. The place is in a cute little village near hiking trails and tea plantations.
