The mountain view and sunrise from our room were beautiful, and the quiet surroundings made the stay feel especially relaxing. The room was tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Mark, Izzat, and Jeff were attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team had left a complimentary cake in our room and arranged the towels into a swan heart on the bed. Such a thoughtful surprise. We really appreciated the hospitality and would love to come back.

That morning yoga session was great! The atmosphere stayed peaceful, and check-in was smooth. My room was comfortable, clean, and looked after well, while the amenities were convenient and everything worked as expected. The staff were warm and ready to help. I had a very good stay and would return.

The resort was a clean break from city life, and the staff made our wedding anniversary feel special. They greeted us by name and gave us complimentary cake and chocolate. Mr Moshi did his best to help us get great photos, and Mr Aiman helped with our bags and provided room service. The receptionists were friendly too, and we were impressed by the hospitality. Dinner was good: we had cordon bleu, mushroom soup, and chateu burger. The nasi lemak sambal could be improved to taste more authentic. Thanks to the team for the lovely stay 🩷

It felt like a relaxing break from city life, even though Kuala Lumpur is so close. We loved the hotel and will definitely come back. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and Mr. Mark deserves a special thank you for his kindness and great service. Looking forward to visiting again 😊

Mr. Mark, the Customer Service Manager, greeted us in the lobby and dining area and made sure everything was taken care of. The staff were all friendly and helpful. At check-in, we were given juice as a welcome drink, and there was a complimentary cake for our anniversary. Our room was very clean, with a fantastic mountain view that made the setting feel peaceful and romantic. The hotel facilities and hospitality were excellent, and breakfast was amazing. We had a lovely, memorable stay and would recommend it to couples wanting a relaxing getaway.
