Shame, like all the locals. It's rare to find good hotel service that isn't highly priced.

The front desk staff were friendly and provided good service, and the bed was fine. But the floor and toilet were very dirty, with dust and hair, and the white towels were brownish. There was no warm water in the shower, and the pillows were too thin for kids. There isn't much food nearby, and the walking paths are limited.

At least the place is cheaper. The air conditioning was just so-so, and the bathroom was a bit of a mess. The shower was an old-fashioned type I've never seen before. There weren't any proper channels on the TV, and I could see bushes hanging outside my room.

The lobby setup is amazing and the name sounds grand, but the room was damp and the toilet was in horrendous condition. There was no hot water. Don't get fooled into booking this terrible hotel.

The staff communicated well and were friendly, and the location is between access to the Piasau, Krokop, and Pujut areas. It's quite a nice place to stay, but some rooms aren't maintained well. The flooring was broken in places, and water was leaking somewhere inside the wall. The bathroom is narrow and not comfortable at all for bigger or taller people. The facilities really need improvement.
