The room was quiet and relaxing, and the bed was comfortable. Hot and cold water came from both the shower tap and the washbasin tap, and they provided shower soap. The inn is close enough to walk to the shopping mall. Service was good too, and the front desk operator was friendly and nice.

This is a budget inn with the basics: air conditioning, a TV, a shower with liquid soap, a kettle, and drinking water. The location is good, and there’s limited free parking for guests. Room cleanliness was acceptable. They’ll let you check in early if a room is available.

I stayed for three nights with my parents. The bed was nice, the bathroom was clean, and the WiFi was OK. Parking was a little difficult, but we managed to find a spot. The main problem was the lift breaking down on the second day. It was out of our control, but it made the stairs from the second floor hard for my parents. Other than that, I’d recommend the place.

The family room can actually fit up to six people. The air conditioner is positioned near the toilet door, which is a bit odd, and it takes longer for the room to cool down. Even so, I had a comfortable stay and nothing else to complain about.

A very central hotel, within walking distance of permaisuri shopping mall. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
