The cool weather and mountain views made for a relaxing stay, and it was easy to get to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and large windows looking out over the highlands. Housekeeping kept things tidy throughout. The staff were welcoming and happy to help with questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were efficient, too. I had a really pleasant time and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Genting Highlands. I'd come back, for a short getaway or a longer vacation 😊

Valet parking was well coordinated and smooth, a real help in Genting where parking can get chaotic. The reception staff were professional, efficient, and friendly in a natural way. The hotel felt premium and well maintained. My room on Level 38 was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The high-floor view was stunning and worth every cent. Excellent stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel, Genting Highlands. I'd definitely return.

Our Studio King room was a comfortable, practical fit for two on a short getaway. There were plenty of varied facilities to explore around the hotel, which added to the stay. The registration and check-in were well organised, and the accommodating staff were easy to talk to and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay.

Waking up above the clouds to the mountains felt unreal. Wyndham Ion Majestic's peaceful setting and beautiful surroundings made it easy to slow down and take it all in. The views, relaxing atmosphere, and hospitality made this an amazing escape ✨🌄💫

I booked a package deal, but at check-in the staff didn't acknowledge it properly or clearly explain how to redeem the included benefits. I had to ask for clarification myself, which shouldn't have been necessary. Since I chose the package specifically, I expected a smooth arrival with a clear briefing. The poor communication and lack of initiative reflected badly on the hospitality. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training and communication so other guests don't run into the same problem.
