The hotel's full of charm, and the bathrooms are beautiful and unique. Everything was very clean, the service was excellent, and they checked us in without any problem at 4 am when our flight was delayed. It's right in the middle of the old town, within walking distance of all the main tourist spots.

We got a good room with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. For what we paid, we didn't have much to complain about since we're not demanding guests. They even let us move our dates by a day when flooding stopped us from arriving on time, which was very flexible. The location's great too.

The interior has a nice, old Shanghai feel. My friend had a nice stay, and I'll tell my other friends about the place when they visit Penang.

The location is great, right in the heart of old George Town, and the staff are very helpful. For the price, it's a decent hotel. The included à la carte breakfast is delicious, though anyone who likes a hearty breakfast might be disappointed. The rooms are clean and well equipped, but the built-in bathrooms are a bit odd, and the windows are fake, even if they look real. The wooden ceilings carry the footsteps and conversations of guests upstairs. :)
