The TV was difficult to watch because the picture quality was so poor, or it might have been damaged. The bedroom itself was okay, but there was some sand on the bathroom floor when we arrived.

The room smelled like pee, and the cleanliness and service were both awful. I had to look for my room and called twice to ask where it was, but nobody had the courtesy to explain. I even heard them smirk on the phone. They weren’t friendly at all. It was a completely bad experience, and I’ll never come back or recommend this place.

Dissatisfied. The toilet and bathroom were awful, and there was dust in both the room and bathroom, as well as on the closet. They gave us a torn towel and no toiletries. We only found out at check-in from a picture that the pool was under maintenance.

The room was simple and not very clean, though that seemed fair for the price. What made me leave immediately for another hotel, for the first time in my life, was the manager shouting angrily at me. There was a very loud “farewell” party that shook my bed, and nobody had told me about it until the middle of the night. When I contacted staff, one “manager” got angry and refused to refund me. Breakfast was included for just one night because of the party group. When I asked for a table, he told me to sit with the group because there wasn’t one for me. Don’t come here!
