Visitor parking is a long way from the homes, and even if you find a spot, you're limited to four hours. There isn't enough parking for visitors in the first place, while each family gets just one space. Management said a few years ago they planned to open a second guardhouse, but it's still not open, even with 2024 nearly here.

The roads around the neighborhood are rough and full of potholes, and the streetlights are usually off at night. Cows wander onto the streets, putting drivers, vehicles, and pedestrians at risk. There are also problems with parking, including residents and visitors taking other people's spaces or blocking the road. The place has no gym, only a chain-link fence, and security doesn't seem adequate. Petty theft is common. The shared rubbish area smells, some tenants get drunk and rowdy, and empty apartments are left unmaintained. When residents complain, management staff seem unable or unwilling to deal with it.

Parking outside Akasia? Be ready for theft. It's a hotspot, and there's only one parking space per house. You need an access card for the barrier unless your maintenance fees are overdue. Apparently some people can just wave and say the maintenance office's name to get through, as if they own the place. There's no lift. The neighbors can be noisy and rowdy, and the guards mostly seem to write down who comes and goes. I don't know whether they'd be any help if something serious happened. They might even be missing.

In Bandar Botanic, these are small five-floor apartments, but the units are enough. Security is strict, and tenants use a car pass to open the boom gates. Visitors can't park inside. No lifts, just stairs.

These are basically apartment blocks with no gym or pool. The perimeter is just chain-link fencing, and security feels nonexistent. Cars sometimes park haphazardly along the access roads, and vehicles without access stickers are allowed in. There have been cases of drunken residents behaving rowdily. The on-site supervisors are often nowhere to be found or don't seem interested in residents' problems.
