My family got a good night's rest here. The place was comfortable and felt very secure, everything was in good condition, and the service was good. Thanks so much 👍🙏

The owner was very polite, but he wasn't on site and only communicated with customers through WhatsApp. The Malaysian man at the counter was there from 10 am to 6 pm and had a very rude attitude. I stayed for 14 days. The room was cleaned only once, and when I asked on the third day, he told me they clean once a week. My towels were changed twice during the stay. There were no free water bottles, and I got coffee sachets only once, when I checked in on the first day. They took a RM 50 deposit, then at checkout said it would be transferred back after six hours.

The location worked well, with clinics, supermarkets, restaurants, and laundry shops nearby. I also liked having a comfortable surau for prayers. The Indian girl at the service counter was friendly and worked hard. I stayed four days and three nights for work. The room was narrow for three people, but we managed, and it was comfortable enough for sleeping and bathing. The price seemed reasonable for what we got.

I contacted this hotel and booked a room today, but the receptionist got angry with me. That was really disappointing. Why would the boss hire someone like that?
