OYO 89407 EZI Hotel

I paid for a standard suite but was put in a deluxe room instead. When I asked the receptionist to move me, he said all the rooms were the same. Then why charge different prices? I never got another room. I stayed for two nights, and the room and toilet were dirty. There was no towel, toilet paper, or kettle, and toiletries were limited. The toilet pump didn’t work properly, and the shower water came out very slowly. On the second day, I saw a pile of comforters and bedsheets left on the floor outside a room and by the staircase. That was really unsanitary. The hospitality and service were both very poor. I won’t stay here again.

The water could be very weak or stop altogether, and there were light brown stains on the towels and bedsheets. The toilet was fairly clean, though. We also had a bad experience with Booking.com, which cancelled our booking on the day we arrived. For a budget hotel, it was okay overall for one night.

I was there for five nights, and I won’t come back. Room 209 was at the end of a dark, smelly hallway, and I was alone. The receptionist scared me. There were bugs in the room, it smelled bad, and there was no toilet cover, towel, or shampoo. I moved to room 206, but the air conditioner was broken. It buzzed nonstop and leaked water. Worst hotel I’ve ever checked into.

The room had a smoke smell whenever I came back after going out, and the service was poor. There was no kettle, toilet paper, cabinet, towel rack, or slippers. They gave us two towels and a steel rack to hang them on, but that wasn’t enough. There should be six hangers for towels and clothes. The toilet tissue should be provided in the kitchenette. No shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, or toothpaste either, just a very low quality soap. The room and toilet were both small. Faint!
