At midnight, a staff member came to ask for documentation and disturbed me at 12AM. Worse, she raised her voice at me. I was also given a different room from the one I booked, and there was a water problem. If you want a peaceful night, this isn’t the place. Don’t waste your money or time here.

The customer service was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean.

The Indian girl at reception took good care of us and was much better than the room. Room 1908 smelled bad, the bedsheet wasn’t properly clean, and there were lots of baby cockroaches in the toilet. Please clean the rooms.

I’d give it just 2 out of 5. I knew I had booked only one single room, but this was my first bad experience here. The Indian receptionist girl seemed poorly trained and was very rude.

I waited an hour just to get inside because nobody was at the property. Find another hotel.
