Getting into Maple Residence is a real hassle because there's only one entrance, and the layout makes access inconvenient. You have to take a big, unnecessary turn just to get in. The car park is frustrating as well, with a very tight turning radius and a layout that feels poorly planned. The road access and parking make the whole place difficult to use.

The location is quite nice, but the main road between the Residence and attractions like KSL Mall & Hotel feels risky because it's so dark. I've heard there are often hijacking or robbery cases in this area. Dear management, especially the owner of KSL Hotel Mr. Patric Khoo, please improve guest safety here. Thank you.

New vendors, please think twice before doing business here. In my view, The Joint Management Body (JMB) is among the worst you'll encounter in this field. They can take up your time and energy, ask you to gather all the details they need and submit a quote, then, after a few months, tell you they've appointed someone else. It seems they have preferred vendors: your costing gets passed to them, they quote lower, and get the job while the JMB takes commission. I believe this is behind the poor maintenance. Avoid dealing with them unless you have plenty of time and energy to waste. Good luck.
