The waterpark is small, but it felt safe for kids to play in. The rooms are a little limited, though they were okay overall, and the facilities are good. The staff were kind, helpful, and spoke gently, especially Arif, Adilah, and najmi. Thanks to The Orient Hotel for the good service and for training such considerate staff. 👍

The way customers were treated seemed clearly unequal, and I found that really disappointing. The woman at the front desk also seemed unprepared to deal with guests professionally. I'm very unhappy with the service. Since we're paying for the full range of services, customers should be treated fairly and staff should be able to judge situations sensibly. I hope the hotel assigns more experienced, capable people and improves its service. Thank you for looking into this. I hope to see a change.

Arip and Adilla were helpful and gave good customer service. The room was clean, and the service was superb. I'd strongly recommend staying here.

Iman was especially helpful, and check-in was quick. The waterpark was exciting, and they even gave us free gifts when we checked out. Definitely recommended!

The room was just right, and the reception and front desk staff were friendly and soft-spoken. Najmi and Ariff, I think, treated us nicely. Had a great time here and will definitely come again. Well done!
