The location is nice, but the room was dirty and old. The cabinet, desk, and chair were in bad shape and need replacing, the wallpaper was peeling, and the pillow had yellow marks. No towels or toiletries were provided. The price is cheap, so what can you expect? Still, the motel needs some renovation.

The location is the only really good thing here. Check-in took almost an hour because the person working the night counter didn't seem to know what to do. Our room smelled musty, the sheets were stained, and the oily carpet smelled bad. The place is very poorly maintained.

This is the dirtiest hotel, motel, or inn I've ever stayed in. My foodpanda delivery was gone from the counter in less than a minute while I went downstairs to collect it. The receptionist said he didn't know what happened and couldn't check the CCTV.

The place felt like a storeroom, and the service and condition were both really bad. I disliked the cashier at the counter. He was mean and yelled at me. My foodpanda delivery was stolen too. This is the worst hotel, inn, or motel I've ever known. I recommend they close the business.

My foodpanda order disappeared within a minute of the rider leaving it at the counter. The rider even provided a photo, and the receptionist was clearly sitting there, but when I asked, he said he didn't know. I asked to see the CCTV and was told only the boss could access it, or I could make a police report. Terrible service and the worst experience. I won't come back.
