Coming home feels calm here, and the place is secure and kept in good shape. The shared spaces and facilities stay spotless and work properly. Day to day, the location is the real advantage: TTDI, 1 Utama and several highway links are easy to reach, which helps with errands and weekend plans. A modern, convenient option around Petaling Jaya.

I’ve had a very positive experience. The facilities are clean and looked after, with a thoughtful layout, and security gives me real peace of mind.

The lifts have gone out a few times, though management handled the problems efficiently. I find it manageable, even if it can frustrate some people. Getting around is easy from here: 1 Utama is under five minutes away, and the NKVE toll is close, with major amenities well connected. It’s a comfortable apartment in a useful location.

Only stayed a short while. It was convenient, though I did end up waiting quite a long time for the lift 😅
