I found a good tenant through Ms.Grace Tan from Knight World Realty (REN 46492). Since I couldn’t be there myself, she took care of a lot, including unit repairs, aircond servicing, and fixing a pipe. She was very efficient and reliable. The building is handy too, connected to the LRT station, with plenty of shops within a 500-metre walk. The amenities are clean.

The paintwork could use better upkeep, since a fresh coat would help the condo look newer. Eve Suite is in a strategic spot near the LRT, and the amenities are nice: pool, reading room, gym, Billiard Hall, Badminton court, and jacuzzi.

There’s a linkbridge to the kelana jaya line LRT station, and plenty of food places and supermarkets nearby, including 711. Nice environment.

Most of the shops below are empty, and the units are small because they’re studios. It’s convenient being right beside the LRT station, though a bit far inside ara damansara if you drive. The building has shops below and service apartments above. There’s no intercom in the units, and guards can’t get to the upper levels after 6pm, so I wonder if they go around checking. The units look good, but the toilets have glass and the doors don’t lock. Each unit has a sauna and rain shower, but with the central hot water system, the water isn’t hot during peak hours. The pool is long but narrow, with a jacuzzi.

Most of the shop lots on the lower floors are still empty, though there are a few places like a cafe, dentist, sundry shop, and laundry. The residences are on the upper floors. Eve Suite is in Ara Damansara right beside Lembah Subang LRT station, and guest parking is currently free when visiting the shops.
