Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya

The training space was comfortable and nicely arranged, even though I didn't get to see the guest rooms. I was at Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya to run a Customer Service Mastery session, and the staff's team spirit stood out from the moment I arrived. They seemed close, more like a family than just hotel colleagues. I also had to ask about the legendary Jalil Teh Tarik. The name puzzled me at first, until I met En Jalil and learned the internal team had named the drink after him. That small detail reflects a personal, respectful culture and pride in their people. Thanks to everyone for the warm hospitality. I'll be back, next time as a guest.

The breakfast at the in-house cafe was quite tasty, with local and continental choices. Check-in took a little longer than usual but went smoothly. I booked a Standard Room, and the size was decent. Given the rates, I was hoping for a bathtub, though that was probably wishful thinking. The stay was pleasant, and I'd consider booking again if I need a place in the area.

The room was immaculate and well cared for, which made for a comfortable stay, and getting around from this location was easy. The team gave excellent service and hospitality. I had a pleasant time and would gladly stay again, and recommend the hotel to others.

I first stayed here in 2022, when the hotel opened, and my visits in 2022, 2023 and 2024 were great. Coming back after a break, though, I found the upkeep had really slipped. The rooms are shabby, there's a damp, mouldy smell after the rain, and even the toilet towels are poor. It doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel anymore. I have to come here for office, so I don't have much choice. I hope they take another look at the rooms and start fixing them soon.
