A good budget hotel at a reasonable price. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, the facilities worked well, and parking was easy to find after work. The staff were friendly. There’s Giant, Giza mall, Strand mall, Ioi damansara, an Mrt station, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Good enough for a budget stay, whether you’re alone or with family.

Two weeks ahead, I called to book a family room and clearly said I’d check in Saturday 16 Aug and check out Sunday 17 Aug. Aziq, the staff member I spoke to, confirmed those dates. But on the day I was due to arrive, I got a message saying the room had been released because I hadn’t checked in on 15 Aug. I called the front office right away and was told they were fully booked and couldn’t offer anything for the staff’s mistake. Then the person who answered put the phone aside instead of dealing with me. I could hear him helping someone else while I kept saying “hello” to get his attention. After that, he deliberately wouldn’t pick up when I called back several times. Someone claiming to be a supervisor texted that Aziq was new, but my family member, who stays at the hotel monthly for her meeting, can confirm he isn’t. Sincerely, do better than lying straight to my face.

For a budget hotel, it’s more than good enough. The price is standard, the room and toilet are clean, and the water heater works well. The TV has some nice channels, the receptionist was very helpful, the aircon works well, and the pillow is comfortable. Just right for a budget hotel.

I’ve stayed here twice, and the receptionist has been lovely both times. She even found and kept my earphones after I left them behind on an earlier visit. The bathroom is roomier than what you usually get at a budget hotel, and the price is reasonable. I’d happily give this place a good review.
