This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Other reviewers say the reviews are fake, and the reply below says enough about how customers are treated. There were ants all over the first room, including the bed and bathroom. I complained and was moved, but the next room had even more ants. Both rooms had stained sheets. Check-in took ages, and I was told early check-in cost RM10 per hour. After waiting a long time, the “host” arrived and said she’d just woken up. Later, after I’d changed rooms during the day, another host came to my door after midnight, woke me, and demanded the key to the old room. The fridges seem to be piezoelectric and didn’t work. They couldn’t even cool a small bottle of water overnight. This isn’t a real hotel, either: they rent out three floors of a decommissioned hotel as Airbnb, with no reception. You have to WhatsApp a number on a flyer downstairs and hope someone replies. Horrible experience, even for the price. Go elsewhere.

The rooms didn’t seem dirty, but they were tired and run down, and the bathroom had mould. Towels had yellow and brown stains, and I don’t want to guess what caused them. The hallway carpets were also heavily stained and looked grimy. The “hotel” is inside another hotel, Qliq, which wasn’t made clear. We were offered RM10 to leave a 5-star review, and I believe people are actively paid for high ratings. The only upside was the low price, but I guess you get what you pay for.

As a business traveller, I found this place through Google and noticed all the 5-star reviews. The stay was disappointing, and there are better options at this rate. The room and corridor were old and needed refurnishing. The carpet, furniture tops, and washrooms had stains and scratches that made the place feel unpleasant. The glass-top table looked dated and had no plug point. Parking was RM25 per night, and management messaged that a rebate would be given for a 5-star review. If they can offer a rebate, why not validate parking for free? The parking area was dark, with unclear signs, and the lift reached the room floors without a key card. Don’t get blinded by the reviews. They just want to give rebates.

I paid the day before check-in, but when I arrived they told me they’d cancelled my booking because of renovation. It makes no sense to cancel suddenly for renovations after a customer has already booked.

Apartment-style accommodation with hotel-style rooms. The rooms are excellent in size, with room to spare for three adults. Service was very good, and the price affordable. The rooms are bigger and better than most 3-4 star hotels.
