The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and it’s conveniently located for getting around. It’s right beside sunway lagoon hotel, FYI. Grace made our stay especially pleasant and memorable. She was friendly, attentive, and professional, always greeting us with a warm smile. Whenever we had a question or needed help, she responded quickly with useful recommendations and effective solutions. Her patience and genuine care made us feel well looked after.
6/10
The room was very clean, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from Sunway Lagoon and handy for the theme park or nearby malls. I had a pleasant, comfortable stay. One Indian staff member at the front desk wasn’t very welcoming, and her replies felt curt, which affected my impression of the service. Otherwise, the hotel was great for its cleanliness and location.
10/10
The location worked well for everything I needed, and the price felt fair for the quality and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a pleasant experience.
10/10
Getting to the mall on foot is really easy, and there’s convenient access to food. The room itself was nice and comfortable, and the customer service was friendly and very good.
8/10
I came back for a second event stay. The bed and shower were nice. The air conditioning kept switching off on the first night, but it sorted itself out and didn’t cause any more trouble.
