Pia was kind and welcoming, always smiling, and stepped in to help when we forgot to check out. I was impressed by the hospitality and the food. The room was okay, though a twin room could use more amenities and a spare tissue roll. The facilities are why I’m giving four stars. The building is old and many things haven’t been upgraded. We held an event there, and the toilet was dirty and wouldn’t flush. With the meeting rooms all occupied, lots of people used it, but there weren’t enough staff to keep it clean. That’s not what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

The room was poorly prepared. Dust and hair were all over, the shower gel dispenser contained only water, and there was no hair dryer in the drawer. I tried to call the front desk to complain, but the room telephone didn’t work. Extremely disappointing.

I checked in on 12th June 2026 and found a candy wrapper and toothpick on the table. A room should be clean before a guest arrives, and this made it seem like nobody had wiped or checked it. It leaves you wondering what they missed out of sight. The price is cheap, but I still expect a clean room.

The location was excellent, and getting to the parking area was easy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the price was great, and the rooms were nicely furnished with everything needed. A definite five stars from me.

The food was a big letdown. I arrived late when the shops were closed and ordered chicken rice, but it came cold, the rice wasn’t fully cooked, and the chicken seemed old. The room cleaning also wasn’t done properly, and the towels were yellowish white. Housekeeping forgot the water bottles after making up the room, and I had to call twice before they finally brought them. Later that night I was unwell and had used the bottles, so I asked for another, but it never arrived. Very, very disappointed.
