Brezza Hotel Sitiawan

The room was reasonably sized and good value for money. There’s hot water through the shower, and cups and saucers are provided, but no heater. There’s no lift. The location could be better, though it’s not too bad.

The room and bathroom were clean, with no cigarette smell or bathroom stink. Water pressure was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The TV and Wi-Fi signals were strong. There’s a water dispenser and ironing facilities in the common areas. I enjoyed the comfortable room and relaxing surroundings. The hotel is centrally located on a quieter road, close to eateries and the wet market. Public street parking is in front, but from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday you need the Perak state parking app or T&G e-wallet. Physical coupons and e-coupons are no longer accepted. The basic room has no fridge, safe, or cupboard, just a few hangers. The twin room has windows, but they face an air well with no view. There’s no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom can get wet.

After visiting for four years, I’m done and wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I stayed for a week without asking for housekeeping and got only one bottle of water with no replacement. But they kept chasing me day and night to return one extra towel, treating me like a thief. That’s such stingy management service.

I booked one night because the hotel was near the place I wanted to visit. For the price, the room was spacious. They provided a bath towel, mineral water, and a mug, but no kettle, coffee, or tea. There’s parking in front, though it isn’t free. I’m not sure whether there’s a lift, but I used the stairs to the second floor.
