I’ve had privacy here, parking on the same level as my unit, and a high ceiling on the 5th floor. I haven’t seen any cockroaches in my unit so far. There’s no balcony, though, so clothes have to dry indoors. The building is non-smoking.

I’ve been living here for two years and counting. It’s a good place, especially if you work in an office nearby, and the location is strategic. Public transport is the weak point. The DRT service is so bad that I can’t describe it politely.

A lovely, quiet place. The guards are helpful and polite, and the management team is good. There’s a convenience store on the GF and a North Indian restaurant too. The location is great, and it’s low density, clean, and peaceful. Things work here.

The units are very nice, with a Japanese-inspired studio setup, and the management and security staff are polite and pleasant. One thing bothers me: the owner of the tokb bar also owns the empty space in front of tokb and the 17 to 18 floor, where there’s a large pool and leisure area going to waste. They might as well rent it at a reasonable fee so others can share those well-located facilities.
