I arrived at night, but they hadn’t told the guard about my booking. I’ve been waiting, and no one is answering the phone, so I’m not even sure I’ll be able to get in. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve changed my rating to two stars because at least the security staff were helpful.

Anyone taking part in the IVF program at Alpha IVF & Woman Specialist Clinic would find this a very suitable place to stay, since it’s so close by. Nice place.

The guards are obscene and irresponsible, and they don’t handle the front desk properly. There are also many thieves here, so renters have to protect their own things. The water bill is submitted on time each month, but they say it hasn’t been paid, then threaten to cut off the water unless the renter pays. The electricity bill is very expensive too.

There’s plenty of parking on both level 7 and the ground floor, and there’s a shortcut through the mall from the ground floor. The place is low density, with a pool, gym and playground on level 8. Security has been very good so far, and even during the water crisis we had no water problems. Electricity costs more than in a normal house because you top it up, but it’s worth it. No worries about cars or motorcycles passing by.

The surroundings are clean and pleasant, and the price is reasonable. Customer service was friendly, so it felt like a good deal.
