Security is good, and the carpark is clean. But the management is not attentive to defect reports. They find ways to counter the reports at all cost and squeeze you out of your maintenance fees. The manager handling my defects case showed a level of stupidity that's dumbfounding. Please improve your personnel's attitude toward tenants. We don't owe you anything, you're paid to do your job. Pest control should be carried out for this building.

I've stayed here for 2 year plus, and I wouldn't recommend it. Cockroaches are everywhere, and despite trying many ways to kill them, they're still here. There's also a water leaking issue, and the building is noisy from ongoing construction, so it's not a good place if your job requires you to WFH. Season parking is eligible for one unit per space, but there are no designated carparks for each unit. Management doesn't act on double parking or illegal parking, including cars left in narrow spots that block the road and make it difficult for others to move their cars. Abandoned cars are still in the basement carpark. There are no facilities for us to enjoy. Soundproofing is very bad: you can hear people walking, laughing, and slamming doors at midnight. The lift condition isn't good either and seems poorly maintained.

The upkeep and service were the biggest letdowns for me. Some parts of Empire City Halo Sunday Tower look neglected and need repairs, while staff can be inattentive or unhelpful. Getting food, drinks, or answers also took a long time, and the food and drinks didn’t feel worth the price. The menu seemed limited, too, with little variety for different dietary needs. It can get crowded and noisy, especially at busy times, which made it harder to relax or talk. I also felt there weren’t enough amenities for a higher-end place. Taken together, these problems left me dissatisfied and would affect whether I’d visit or recommend it.

Easy to get to the MRT, IKEA, Lotus and the malls nearby. The T810 bus comes down to the basement, which makes getting around simple. It feels safe, and the security and cleaning services are good. A good place to stay.
