The building looked dirty and uncomfortable to rent: there were cracks in many places and broken floor tiles. During my site visit yesterday, I also found the parking confusing, the security staff very lazy, and only the escalator at the main entrance was working.

This is part of a failed development project. Check my review and the other low ratings under the main Icon City listing here on Maps. I may write a longer review later.

The lobby is spacious. I got lost in the car park while trying to find my car, though.

There’s no power in the toilet at the level 33 pool, and the lights are off too. That’s extremely dangerous and irresponsible. This needs to be fixed immediately!

Rent is extremely expensive, almost RM4 per sft. The maintenance charges are high too, and the facilities don't meet the mark.
