I paid about RM58 by credit card for an online booking made before midnight, not realizing the date had changed. When I got there, the man said I'd booked for the next day. I explained and decided to walk in for that night since I was already there. The next day, I asked for a refund because I'd booked the wrong date. They said it would take 48 hours, but only RM7 came back. I don't know why they refunded just RM7. They never replied to my emails to explain whether the rest wouldn't be refunded or anything else. Terrible service.
