We were in a Quad Room, and its emergency exit door was inside Room 18 on the second floor. That raised serious concerns about comfort and safety. A hotel staff member from the lower floor climbed up and hung towels outside the exit, then smoked there. Cigarette smoke came through the door into our room, and when we opened our room door, the smoke filled the room. The smell made it very uncomfortable, so we asked the counter for something to get rid of it. The hotel was fully booked that day, so we had no other choice. The outside area can be reached through the emergency exit, which doesn't seem secure. We also worry that having the exit inside Room 18 on the second floor could confuse or delay other guests in an emergency. This stay left us questioning whether the hotel is safe and properly managed. We hope management takes it seriously and improves safety and staff conduct.

There's no lift, but the receptionist was polite and kindly reminded us that off-street parking isn't paid for by the hotel. The deposit is RM20. The aircon gets cold enough, while the shower heater fluctuates and keeps getting less hot. The water dispenser has boiling hot water but no cold water, and the water pressure on Level 2 is a bit low. The TV works, though there's only one channel. It's within walking distance of the MRT Station. Decent enough if you just need to stay overnight.

I stayed one night, and the male receptionist, Bandare, was very unprofessional. He didn't clearly explain the deposit or checkout time, and never mentioned that parking had to be paid during office hours. I got a summon and had to pay it because of that. I want hotel management to contact me and refund the parking summon I shouldn't have had to pay because of the staff's negligence.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I paid for a booking through agoda, but when I arrived to check in, the staff said there were no rooms left. When I asked how that could be when agoda showed a room available, he said it wasn't his problem and did nothing to help us. Instead, he offered another room, but said we'd have to pay him extra. Very rude staff.
