The counter staff were helpful and friendly, and early check-in is possible for a fee that still seemed affordable to me. The rooms are simple, with two complimentary bottles of water. There isn't food or much else nearby, though there's a Muslim shop and sundry shop behind the hotel in the low-cost housing area.

We were away at dinner for three hours, but the reception guy scolded us for leaving the aircon on. He also complained that the electricity was still running when he opened the door, after we said we'd left the card in the room. There was no logic to his explanation. The towels were dirty too, so bring your own. I've never been treated like that before and won't come back. What if my kid had been in the room with the aircon on while I went out?

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly, which is what I liked most. The price felt like a good deal for the money. It's also in a handy spot for avoiding traffic jams, especially if you're heading to KLIA or Subang Airport and don't want to miss a flight.

A nice place for travellers to freshen up and get some rest. They also have banquet and seminar halls, plus 24-hour security, so I don't worry about theft.
