How was I supposed to sleep that night? When I asked for fresh sheets, they said none were available, then offered to change them the next morning to calm me down. At the very least, they could have found me a clean pillow or pillowcase. A budget stay is understandable, but clean, hygienic bedding should be basic.

There's plenty of food nearby, and both Sunway Pyramid and an LRT station are within walking distance.

The location works well, and the room and toilet were clean, though the toilet had a lingering smell. I could hear people talking and making noise in the corridor quite easily. I also didn't need a window facing the street. It's fine as a place to sleep and shower.

Our room for four was spacious and clean, with a clean bathroom, a working shower, and hot water. The wall art looked nice, and Sunway Park is very close. There are halal Indian restaurants nearby, along with a fast food place. The baggage storage needs better handling, though: the locker wasn't locked, and there was no proof that our bags had been stored safely.

It's okay if you're on a short trip, watching your budget, and not too fussy. The room is small and sound carries through the walls. They didn't provide soap or shampoo, though I think at least soap or body wash and shampoo should be included.
