I’ve stayed here four times, and the latest visit was especially disappointing because of the customer service. On my fourth check-in, there was no hand soap, so I called reception. The woman on the phone said they don’t provide it and told me to use body shampoo instead. That was strange, since there had been hand soap on my previous visit just two weeks earlier. When I asked if guests were really expected to wash with body gel, she casually said “maybe.” She said she worked there, but her answers seemed so uninformed and unprofessional that I found it hard to believe. I don’t expect much from a two-star hotel, but hand soap is basic hygiene. The room on level 3 also couldn’t be locked from inside. Some renovation choices were bizarre, with hooks in odd bathroom spots that guests couldn’t even reach. Only one toothbrush was provided for two guests, and there were no hand towels, so we had to use the shower towel to dry our hands.

The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. I hope there’ll be some coffee packets for me on my next visit.

The toilet is clean and high tech, and the hotel was worth it for my weekend stay. I’d come back.

I like staying here because it’s comfortable and clean, and the receptionist is friendly and nice. The hotel has a luxurious concept and plenty of facilities. I’ll be back soon 😊
