The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff handled my late check-in after midnight promptly. It’s a good option for a short budget stay. Bring your own toiletries.

I came in to check in but decided right away not to stay because of the poor service. They quoted RM130 per night, and when I asked about the TV, staff just said it didn’t work. I asked why the price was unchanged despite the missing facility, but got only “this is standard” with no proper explanation. The attitude was even more disappointing: unprofessional, unhelpful and disrespectful to customers. It’s no surprise to me that the hotel has so few guests. Management should improve both the facilities and customer service. Guests deserve better treatment and value for their money.

The room was clean and okay, though the TV wouldn’t turn on. The bigger problem was the pub next door. Its music was loud and went on late into the night.

Quite a nice room for one night. The receptionist was helpful and really nice.

The OYO staff wanted to charge me an extra rm10 or they wouldn’t let me check in. This is cheating, and Agoda’s rate is unreliable. The man looked like a gangster and was aggressive. Anyone thinking of staying here should think twice. 😡😡😡😡
