Ciao Pacific 63 Residence Apartments

I haven’t stayed at Pasific 63, just passed by. It looks beautiful from the outside, but I wanted to mention the flag outside the hotel. It should be changed to a new one since next month is independence month. Hopefully this helps improve the first impression for guests coming to your hotel.

The location is really convenient. Jaya One is right next door, with restaurants and grocery AEON within walking distance. Deliveries give you lots of options, and there are 2-3 exits to choose from. At peak times, drive slowly because people walk to Harley Davidson or Jaya One. There’s a futsal and badminton place next to the condo, and Kilang Kitchen is a great spot to lepak. Nearby malls include Paradigm Mall, Atria, Mid Valley, BSC, The Curve, Seventeen Mall, and, a bit farther away, The Curve and Sunway Pyramid. The city noise may be a problem if you’re not used to it. It gets quiet past 8pm and eerily quiet after 11pm. In the year I’ve been here, the guards have changed at least 3 times. It’s sad when a favourite guard is no longer around. My ratings: complaint management 0/5, the worst; facilities 4/5; management 3/5; security guards 4/5; location 5/5. For 4 months I submitted complaints with evidence about the same problem caused by the female foreigner from unit 17-22. I reported it face to face, on forms, by email, WhatsApp and phone, and through the Security Guards, Building Manager, landlord, and even the agent who said they were part of the JMB. I seriously believe the reports were ignored, deleted, or trashed, because nothing was done. From my first month here, water, hair cut debris, and cigarette ash spilled and dropped onto my balcony 4-7 times a week for months, ruining my laundry and plants. Was it really so hard to fix? After I sent the management a final ultimatum by email in my 4th month, the problem stopped. It stayed quiet for 8 months, then came back. This time it’s only cigarette ashes, and I’m not going to do anything about it anymore. I’m leaving this place.

This is one of the safest places to live in PJ, with security services. Dispatchers can deliver goods if the tenant or owner applies for a permit before the goods arrive. Without one, they aren’t allowed to bring the delivery to your door. Saying “saya cakap dengan security sudah boleh” won’t work here.

When people smoke upstairs, it falls onto my balcony. I’ve complained to the management office many times, but they don’t care. Talking upstairs is really loud too. They call it fully furnished, but there’s nothing there except a bed washer. What kind of full furnishing is that? And there are way too many cockroaches.
