The queen-size room had many dead cockroaches, plus some eggs in a drawer. My family were so disgusted that we took no photos and had to check out quickly. We checked in at 8pm and left around 9pm, but got no refund for that hour. We'd booked a month ahead and only received half our money back. Sorry, but I can't recommend it.

This was the worst room. In less than an hour, lots of big cockroaches came out of the bathroom and drawers. We hadn't even unpacked because we were busy killing them. We killed seven and still saw more crawling around, so we checked out. Paying RM85 for that level of hygiene wasn't worth it.

The room had a nice look and feel, with plenty of sockets, good water pressure and a comfortable bed. The young staff member was helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness needs work, though: my room was dusty, there were cobwebs in some corners, and I had two scary visits from roaches on the floor. It's in a housing area with no shops nearby, but you can order Foodpanda. You can park outside the gate. Bring your own toiletries, as they only provide shower cream, which smelled really good. I do recommend the place and hope they sort out the issues for a better stay.

We booked a Queen Size Bedroom on Agoda, but on arrival reception said it was full. The only room available was a King Size Bedroom, so we had no choice but to take it, and the price went from RM62 to RM90. That room was dusty, had a broken lamp and a heater that didn't work. The large glass wall could be opened and seen through, with no curtain covering it, apart from the window. It also didn't match the advertised room: the listing showed a floating bed, but we got an ordinary king bed. There was no water heater or iron in the room, and the Astro only had channels like TV1, TV2 and TV3. There's no parking, and check-in service was slow; I had to stand around for a long time. Definitely not recommended, especially the King Size Bedroom.
