Mossaz by Manhattan Group

Modsaz Stitch Suites was one of the worst apartments I've stayed in, and I won't go near Modsaz again. One of the two apartments was okay, but the other was missing significant items. The woman also showed a lower price than most, but once surcharges and fees were included, it doubled. It was a truly horrible experience, unfair to apartment owners who are honest and do things properly. The older Indian man at the end of the front desk was especially unpleasant and incompetent. I don't know who hired the desk staff, but during my stay in May they were totally incompetent. They didn't print a receipt for my deposit when I asked, and kept the money when I checked out. I can only say I suspect they intended not to return it. The dishonest people were not Malaysians. One was a Filipina woman and the other was Indian.

The lift took more than 30 minutes to arrive, and then another 30-plus minutes to bring us down to ground level. The rooms were very average, and I wasn't sure they were clean. The location felt very far from the city, taking about 30 minutes to reach. A really bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it. Don't trust Trip.com reviews for this place.

The room was very clean, and the location was good. Room service was good too. It works well for families, couples, or solo travelers. The swimming pool and gym area are very nice. Everything was okay.

We left early on October 7th, even though our booking ran through October 12th. After several emails between Trip.com, the hotel, and us, the hotel refused any refund or compensation for the unused nights and showed no interest in cooperating. Given how our legitimate complaints were handled, I would strongly advise against staying at Mossaz Mana-Mana Suites Kuala Lumpur. We stayed there in early October 2025, and the place felt unfinished, noisy, and poorly managed, unlike its online photos and descriptions. On arrival, there was dirt and bits of cable on the floor, and the towels had yellow stains. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room hot and humid even at 16°C. The lifts were a serious problem. Some were out of service, waits reached 15 minutes, and there was no ventilation inside. A crowded lift with no air circulation was unbearable. The surrounding area was a construction site, with noise from early morning to late evening, including weekends. Worst of all, the power went out for several hours while nearby buildings still had electricity. We had to use emergency stairs that felt unsafe.
