I’ve lived here for three years, and this has happened before. Even with a valid season parking pass, I was penalized for briefly parking in the visitor area. My pass was cancelled and I got a RM50 fine without warning, clear signs, or a chance to explain. Management says the rules were announced, but the communication was poor and the notices were hard to see. It feels like residents get punished instead of properly informed. From what I’ve seen, management seems more interested in profiting from residents’ small mistakes than looking after the community. Fairness and communication seem to come second to control and penalties. Very disappointing. I’ve been here long enough to know it isn’t a one-off. If you’re thinking of living here, be aware of how management operates.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I think this is a very good place to stay. Management, lifts, cleaning, parking and security all seem good.

The lift access cards have been broken for MONTHSSSS, so anyone can get to any floor. That’s one of the biggest problems, along with the missing guardhouse barrier. It used to provide another layer of security, but now it’s easy for anyone to enter after giving the guard basic information. I don’t feel safe here. Visitors and residents also share the same entrance, so I have to wait while visitors stop to register whenever I come home. A separate lane or process could fix that. The cleaning staff use the regular lift to take rubbish out, and the smell is unbearable for residents. There should be a dedicated lift for that. The rent doesn’t match the quality either. This feels more like a low-end apartment than a service apartment. My experience at Park 51 Boulevard has been disappointing, and I can’t recommend staying here.

18/2/2024: One more update, the water here is yellow, which clearly isn’t good. The lifts are working again, but the access keys still aren’t, so anyone can go to any floor. I saw a suspicious guy near the lift lobby around midnight last night. The stay hasn’t been great. Security is a concern since anyone can access the floors. Only 2/3 lifts are working, and they take a while.
