There are lots of good, affordable places to eat nearby, and public transport is close, which is what I like most about this hotel. The service has been improving lately. The rooms could use renovation, though: some are very dim, the beds aren't great, and we sometimes had trouble flushing the toilet or using the sink because of plumbing issues.

I spent five nights here and found the price reasonable. There’s a spot on the first floor to sit, use a laptop, or hang out with friends, and laundry is available at a fair price. The staff are friendly and helpful around the clock, and the place felt safe. They even tracked down and returned the power bank I left behind. Restaurants and public transport are convenient too. Toiletries cost extra, and the only products supplied were shampoo and shower cream that seemed almost the same. You can hear people talking and walking outside since the rooms aren’t soundproof. The small window also costs extra. Booking.com may look cheaper, but a lot is excluded from that price.

When a customer raised concerns about the room, the Chinese uncle at reception became argumentative instead of looking into the problem. He should investigate the issue rather than push back on the feedback.

Nearby places to eat and relax were a definite plus, and the quiet surroundings made the stay comfortable. I spent two nights in a Queen Premium room and enjoyed the view. The bathroom was clean, too. For a budget hotel, I thought the stay was quite decent. The only issue I ran into was limited parking during the day, but overall I was satisfied.
