I didn’t expect an affordable hotel room to come with a balcony. The view is so good, and there’s an awning for when it rains or gets hot. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. I’d recommend it and would definitely come back.
For a quick trip to Sunway Lagoon, this was well worth the price. The room was clean and the aircon was cold, which was all I needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. Sunway Pyramid is a 10-15 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge, and the BRT station is very close. There are lots of food options downstairs, including steamboat and mamak restaurants that stay open late.
Mr. Fadli and Mr. Nazri made my stay especially comfortable. They were attentive, polite, and quick to help, always with a warm smile. The service felt both professional and personal, and I had a really lovely stay at Best View Hote Sunway Mentari.
